Kitchen Skills:
Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, Handle and store cleaning products, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Food Preparer Skills:
Stock refrigerators and salad bars, Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs, Portion and wrap foods
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
Experience an asset, 2-3 Years preferred
